Eggy Bread/French Toast

What a lovely treat this morning!

1 egg, beaten mixed with 1/4 cup skimmed milk, a few dashes of cinnamon and nutmeg, a sprinkle of Splenda and a couple of drops of vanilla extract.

Dip the bread in, flip and dip again. Fry in Butter Frylight until golden.

I used Minders tip and put some blueberries in a saucepan and gently heated with a little water and a small spoon of Splenda. It was divine poured over the french toast!
 
It's one of my favourites too, but with a banana - scrummy :)
I NEVER thought I'd be a splenda convert!!

I do this as my treat every Saturday morning - I bosh my blueberries in the microwave for a minute though and I have a couple of syns by drizzling honey on the bread after frying it - DIVINE!
 
oooo what bread do u use?? nimble?
 
Any of your HexB bread will do, if its a little on the dry side it sucks up the eggy mix better ;)
