hey all, i thought i would start writing one of these. Been on SW since july 09.
im on 5st 13 after putting 2 back on this week but kind of expected it. Lots of naughty food and drink.
Plus yesterday found out that special K bars were not a healthy b and id been having 2 a day because i got mixed up with the alpen ones... really should read my book properly every now and again.
So that added an extra 9 syns on a day!
Back on track for this week need to get the 2 back off and hopefully some more.
