    Ok so I'm new to this site and lipotrim but I decided I'd give a bash at doing a diary because I'm getting really inspired from reading other peoples so thought it would be nice to be able to share my story or ask for advice!
    I'm due to start Lipotrim tomorrow and I'm really nervous because I no it's going to be hard but I'm also sooooo excited the thought of being thin and happy in my body just seems amazing!!
    i have about 5st 7lbs to lose and I currently feel horrible in my body everything I wear is so unflattering and uncomfortable but I think now is my time to do this for myself and to become happy, comfortable and confident in my body, hopefully!!
    il post again tomorrow after my weight-in :) I would appreciate any advice or tips for success on this diet as I no it's going to be really hard!!

    Welcome along Elle....Congrats for biting the bullet and starting on Lipo. You can expect to lose up to a stone in your first two weeks.

    This diet is one of the tougher ones out there, but yields fab results. Its designed for severly obese people to lose weight before operations i think. The losses average out to about 4lbs per week. Its incredible.

    What is your starting weight and goal weight doll? I was 13 11 to start. Currently 12 12 and aiming for 10 10 :)

    You can do it Elle, we are all here to support you :) Wishing you the best of luck! Water will be your savior during this diet so make sure you drink plenty of it throughout each day (LT recommends 2-4 litres per day). The water helps keep you full so you don't get hungry which is very important on the first few days because I'm not going to lie they are hard but you will get through it :). And sipping water throughout the day will also keep the nasty ketosis breath at bay and your skin will feel fabulous :p Keep us updated!

    Ladies thanks so much for all the encouragement and great advice, my starting weight is 15st 7lbs and I'm aiming for 12st but ideally would love to eventually reach 10st. My start day has been postponed until Friday and I got a call yesterday that I have an interview Thursday so I decided that I wouldn't start until Friday as the first 4 days are meant to be the hardest so my pharmacist advised to start Friday after the interview so I really can't wait to start now :) thanks so much again for all the help and encouragement il update this as soon as I start Friday :) xxxx
