2day i have been pretty good have done alot of walking not been on the wii fit though toast and marmite 4 breaky/ egg on ww toast for lunch and separds pie made with bovril and lots of veg 4 dinner
wi 2day went from 15.3 to 14.13 fab result
feeling guilty abit cuz i thought i needed a treat and had me a bit fat kitkat as a treat mmmmm
