Hi everyone I'm Emily, 23 years old and mummy to 2 year old Poppy and 1 month old Ruby! I lost 3st doing slimming world alone at home last year, however I stopped when I found out I was pregnant and have put nearly all of it back on! So I'm now 5 week pp and joining slimming world tonight! I want to lose that 3 stone, maybe even a little more and keep it off for my wedding next September! I'm not entirely sure how much I actually weigh right now but will report back tonight after my first meeting!
