hi peeps, i usually use secret dieter as my diary entries but i thought i would start again. ok so i've lost 6stone 1 1/2 lb ding slimming world over 19 months. I attend bartley green in birmingham, consultant denise askew. when i startedin jan 2009 i weighed 22 stone 5lb and was a size 28, im now 16 stone 3 1/2lb and a size 18! so things are ging well, i do extra easy so i can have everything and just limit my bread and milk.... but this week our consultant gave us the success express choice to try and boost our weight loss. also i was nominated for our groups woman of the year so i thought that if this week i was chosen for the title, then a good weight loss would be really good. I'm quite confused if i'm honest because it says you can have 1/3rd free foods on your plate which is fine, but you can have original and green on the same plate...... isn't this the same as extra easy with a bit more superfree foods?? but on extra easy you only have one a and b choice, on success express you can have 2 of each. well i've done it for 2 days and now im going back to extra easy, what im used to. im having a table top sale today to get rid of some junk, so chicken drumsticks to nibble on at the ready lol!!!

Hello emma,

I've not tried success express but i think you are right - that it is EE with a twist. I do EE too and love mixing my proteins and carbs :) You have such a great amount of weight loss so its nice to see it works in the long term as well as short term. Look forward to reading your diary.

good luck with the sale :) but even bigger best wishes for the woman of the year comp. it certainly sounds like you have earned it. xxx
