Had a toffee nut bar this morning (like eating dust!!) and I'm now having a vanilla shake - not bad at all, but could probably 2 with 2 sweetners instead of just 1.
I only have about 2 stone to lose, so I really hope I can stick with this!
I have been off the diet for a few days as I've had an awful cold, and really needed some energy.
Still managed to shed just under 4lbs last week though, so I'm pretty pleased.
Back on the wagon today, but I'm going to be following working solution for a bit.
