Wants to be thin!
Hi Ratty, im restarting today after a failed attempt after Xmas, i have a little bit more to lose, say 3 stone... We can do this together. good Luck x

Well done on starting! How is your day going so far?
Well here we go on day 2! Quite enjoyed the choc orange bar for breakfast, and have a strawberry shake for lunch.

Amazingly, I don't actually feel that hungry, but I'm feeling a bit light headed this morning, and have a mild headache.
Yesterday I had a bad chocolate craving in the afternoon, but got through it with sweetened coffee!

Today I have a metallic taste in my mouth, so I think I'm already going into ketosis.
Day 4 - used a test strip this morning and I'm definitely in ketosis!

Had the veg soup last night which was quite nice, and I added lots of tabasco!

Still feeling great, and if it continues, I will be re-staring at the gym next week!

Got on the scales today (naughty I know!) and I'm 4lbs down from Monday!
Well today was my first official weigh-in and I have lost 7lbs. :D

Still not hungry - in fact I'm struggling to get the packs down now.

Had a chicken salad on Saturday which was quite nice - everyone else had chinese takeaway - the only thing I had was a bit of duck!

Feeling rather emotional though. :sigh:
Well here we are at day 10, and I've had my first blip. :break_diet:

I have a horrible cold, and have had a pretty stressful week (my depression has returned) and really needed something warm to make me feel better.

So I just had 2 sausages. Feel bad, but I do feel physically better with some food in me.
I have been off the diet for a few days as I've had an awful cold, and really needed some energy.
Still managed to shed just under 4lbs last week though, so I'm pretty pleased.
Back on the wagon today, but I'm going to be following working solution for a bit.
