Currently on third week of slimming world 2 weigh ins so far start weight 17 stone 13 current weight 17 stone 5. 8 pound loss to date next weigh in is on Thursday.
I am having to do this daily diary as Im feeling im starting to lose motivation already i have so much to lose and its going to take forever but i know for my health this has to be done my first mini goal is to get into the next stone bracket.
Doing the extra easy
Food today
Late breakfast banana
Lunch
Sea bass
New potatoes
Broccoli
Parsley sauce 1.5syns
Dinner
Slices of wafer thin ham
2 boiled eggs
Salad
Small portion of sw chips
Supper as home very late from work and today extremely long day
Yogurt
Fruit
Hea skimmed milk
Heb 2 sw butterscotch cereal bars
Off shopping tonight to stock up on lots of yummy sw food!
Tomorrow Im on nights so feel this diary will be a lot longer!
