    Currently on third week of slimming world 2 weigh ins so far start weight 17 stone 13 current weight 17 stone 5. 8 pound loss to date next weigh in is on Thursday.

    I am having to do this daily diary as Im feeling im starting to lose motivation already i have so much to lose and its going to take forever but i know for my health this has to be done my first mini goal is to get into the next stone bracket.

    Doing the extra easy

    Food today

    Late breakfast banana

    Lunch
    Sea bass
    New potatoes
    Broccoli
    Parsley sauce 1.5syns

    Dinner
    Slices of wafer thin ham
    2 boiled eggs
    Salad
    Small portion of sw chips

    Supper as home very late from work and today extremely long day
    Yogurt
    Fruit

    Hea skimmed milk
    Heb 2 sw butterscotch cereal bars

    Off shopping tonight to stock up on lots of yummy sw food!

    Tomorrow Im on nights so feel this diary will be a lot longer!

    Carrying on with Extra Easy

    Im putting times today as im on night shifts from tonight for 2 nights

    10am - Banana and an Orange

    11.30 am - Some exercise bought Zumba for the wii yesterday so going to give that a try ill let you know how it goes for someone with no rhythm whatsoever!

    1.30pm - Chicken, Spinach, Watercress, Cherry tomatoes, Grate Carrot, Pickled Gherkins & onions, Beetroot and fat free dressing
    Pineapple for dessert

    And as i go through a very long night shift

    Barbecue Chicken 1/2 Syn
    Salad
    Jacket Potato
    Apple

    Snacks
    Fat free yoghurt
    Nectarine
    Peach
    2 Alpen Light Bars HEB
    Kiwi Fruit
    Packet of Pom Bears 6 1/2 Syns

    HEA Skimmed milk

    Total Syns today 7


    Exercise done today - 20 mins Zumba (Wii Beginner) Shattered

    So after weigh in i went a bit off track but never mind im back on it today with avengance

    Today breakfast I had a full melon

    Lunch - 2 Eggs with a tin of tomatoes

    Tea - Burger and chips made the slimming world way with lots of salad

    Snacks - Youghurt and fruit

    Supper was syn free pancake half a banana and a fat free yogurt

    Hea 100 ml of skimmed milk and 1 mini babybel

    Heb wholemeal roll with my burger

    No sins today but haven't wanted them and did go way over yesterday!

    Well yesterday it was my 1 year wedding anniversary so i wont go into the 3 course meal we had lol

    But back on it again today

    Breakfast - Banana

    Lunch - Curried rice with peppers onions and tomatoes, chicken tikka pieces (1Syn) fresh fruit salad for afters.

    Dinner - 4 Quorn sausages beans tomatoes, 2 eggs and 2 slices of nimble bread (HEB)

    Dash of milk in coffee - 3 syns
    HEA - 3 mini babybel lights

    Half a galia melon

    Late lunch
    4 quorn sausages
    Mashed potato
    Long green beans
    Gravy 1 1/2 sins

    Dinner
    Ham and tomato sandwich (Heb)
    1 mini babybel (part Hea)
    Pom bears 6.5 sins
    orange

    Hea 1 mini babybel and 250 mls of skimmed milk

    Extra slice of bread 4.5 sins.

    Total sins 12.5

    Restarting my food diary here so i can keep an easy eye on it

    Breakfast - large banana, shape yogurt 0.5 plum, apple and a satsuma

    Lunch - asda fresh tastes chicken with tomato and basil with noodles and salad

    Dinner - asda shredded sweet chilli beef 0.5 and salad
    Half syn cake 0.5

    As on nights snacks will be fruit and Heb alpen bars
    Hea - milk

    Total syns 1.5

    Food for today

    4pm - Small amount of mashed potato left over from Cottage pie topping (no butter hea milk) Small banana & Satsuma, Half syn cake & Strawberrries (0.5)

    7pm - Cottage pie (Extra lean minced beef, Carrots, beef oxo, onions, mashed potato) Broccoli and Cauliflower.
    Last of the half syn cake! (0.5) with extra strawberries

    HEA - Skimmed Milk
    HEB - Hifi Bar

    Total Syns - 1

    Lol i always forget to write in this one you may be better of with the other one, a day in the life! Although i will try and write in this one as the other one is also full of my general drivel about myself lol

    Yes i am! Had a banana for breakfast and refusing the bourbons that have been offered so far so good! X
