Slowly but surely!
Back to the only diet that has ever worked for me and this time im back for life! Lost loads over last few years and over the last year due to personal problems have failed miserably at dieting and put 4 stone back on :(

This works I know it does so here I go, slowly but surely!

On day 4 and doing a food diary really help so here I go...

B - Banana / Hifi Light (1/2hexb)
S - Bowl of grape
L - Chicken breast, mugshot, muller light
S - Hifi bar (1/2hexb)
D - Going to make a pasta quiche with loads of veg, and will save some for my lunch tomorrow too :)

Drinks - Coffees (Hexa) 2 x Fruit Tea, Loads of squash
Exercise - Walk during lunch break - family shop after work lol
 
Day 5 -

B - Alpen light (1/2hexb) Banana
S - Grapes
L - Super Speed Soup, Chicken
S - Muller Light
D - Left over quiche from last night / salad
S - Hifi Bar

Drinks - Coffee (hexa) fruit tea x 2 - lots of squash
Exercise - Some dance central later with my daughter lol

Trying to not use many syns due to bad first weekend (bottle of rose!)

Cant wait for Thursday :)
 
Day 6 -

Was annoyed with myself last night as i binged on left over pasta quiche, which I suppose could have been worse, at least it was a FF binge! But still gotta stop that lol

B - Alpen Light (1/2hexb) Banana
S - Grapes
L - Super Speed Soup - Apple
S - Alpen Light (1/2 Hexb)
D - Paprika Chicken (2) JPotato (1) lots of vegies

Hexa - used for milk in coffee
