End of a short era :-(

Well ladies and gents I had every intention of doing this for 7 weeks but I am afraid that I have seen sense. Sense being that in September this year I have a place running in the great north run. So that gives me 2 and half months to really increase my miles I am running now. At the moment I am struggling to run 2 miles due to NO energy at all and prior to lipotrim I could do 5 miles.
I have tried to convince myself that I am making excuses and I should remain on the the shakes but the sensible side of me keeps butting in and saying if I had the determination to loose 15 lbs in 2 weeks I have the determination to eat a healthy diet that I will fuel several good runs a week.
I have a weeks worth of shakes so I will use those with a balanced meal, I wish everyone the best of luck with their losses and I'm hoping once I'm running 8-10 miles a week my losses will increase too. Thank you for your supper over the past two weeks I could not have done it without you xx
