End of week 3

Didnt quite know where to announce my weekly weigh in, so have started new thread here! At the end of week 3, I lost another 4lbs. :happy036:

I asked my local pharmacist if he stocks dipstick for measuring ketosis, as have never been asked to do this weekly test. As it cost over £5 I declined to purchase any, but will continue to work hard, focusing on lipotrim til I get to where I wanna be!

i wonder why you dont have to have your urine tested? very strange as my chemist said i cant get my weekly supply vithout gtting it done because its the only way to prove your totally sticking to it.
very strange but still very well done almost a stone ansd a half in 3 weeks yay you lol x x x
