Ha ha I know they are Syn free but what I mean is if I got the bottles (which are fizzy) and kept opening them to let the fizz out and made them flat that they would be ok?

I find the real Red Bull too sweet after having Blue Charge and Kick. Aldi also do a sugar free energy drink but I forget what it's called

We do have Gatorade over here, I thought I'd seen it before.

Well I decided to get Raspberry Lucozade (still). It's 24 kcal per 100ml but I don't know how many Syns it is. As long as it keeps me going!
