Energy Slump!!

    Ok, out to lunch again today and went for what I figured was a pretty healthy lunch. Roast Pepper soup with a toasted wholemeal sandwich of chicken, onion and tomato (no butter or mayo). That was 3 hours ago and now I could sleep....is it something I ate, the weather or just general tiredness I wonder??? Any ideas?

    Maybe you were coming down with something? how are you feeling now?

    I have to say there doesn't seem to be a lot of support on the Gi forum.....this was probably one of the times you really could have done with some?!
