EnglishHeart - Weekly Weigh-In

    Just healthy eating and exercise
    At my absolute heaviest I weighed 193lbs (13st 11lbs), and my weight has fluctuated a little bit since then as I've fallen off and back on the wagon. My eventual target is 126lbs (9 stones), which will give me a BMI of 22. I am dedicated to losing weight this time around (Am I a WeMitt? :p), so here goes! I just got out the shower and weighed myself..

    August 20th 2008 = 181.4lbs :cry:

    No specific one, but I am calorie-counting (trying to stick to about 1,400 per day) and making an effort to do more exercise :)

    August 27th - 180lbs :( a pathetic loss, definitely going to try and do more exercise this week.

    Sorry I haven't kept up with the weigh-ins, this week I have had a week off since it's been the shittest in existence for several reasons :(
