Erm... Hi!

I'm new to MiniMins, but you've come highly recommended by
tattooedmammy. I'm a food teacher, and I have PCOS meaning losing weight is hard. I need to sort my life out and lose this weight, which is making me unhappy.

I'm not on a specific diet yet, but i've started a gym routine and thought its time i had somewhere to vent or get motivation and support if needed.

Hey Lexi and welcome to minis.

I've heard that a low-carb diet is good for people with pcos.
Have you checked out the pcos part of the forum, lots of great info over there.
