Hi Jellyfly!

I always have in my cupboard the following:-

Sweetner instead of sugar
Frylight to replace oil
Stock cubes
Tins of tomatoes
Tins of beans!
Mug shots (not all are syn free)
Loads of fruit and veg!
Quorn sausages and quorn mince.
Shape fat free yoghurts
Options hot chocs (approx 2.5 syns each) and fat free greek yog so I can use the sachets either as drinks or to stir into the yoghurt for low syn choc fix.
Ainsley Harriot lentil dahl.
Tins of potatoes, mushrooms etc for a quick omlette.
Eggs.

Thats just me though, I do the green plan as Im veggie and I mostly cook from scratch with a couple of days of being busy and needing something in the cupboard to grab. I just find the above things I use a lot but it would depend on what plan you're doing. All of the above are free on Green and Extra Easy.
