eureka moment!!

Day 3 for me today.
Just had my lunchtime shake and I couldn't finish it!!
I was amazed that this little drink could fill me up, but it did!!
Think I might be over the worst of it now. Had a few cravings yesterday but no headaches etc.
Can't wait to see what the scales say on Friday
