evaporated milk syns please

    i really fancy a rice pudding and i have always made mine with evaporated milk hence why i got so big lol anyway how many syns would the light one be or is there an alternative i have tried the syn free rice pud is was yuck any ideas

    Its 1 syn per 20 calories as no free food. I got the Tesco Light Choices one for BritMum's rice pud recipe but I havent tried it yet - it's 187kcal/9.5 syns for the small tin or 451kcal/22.5 syns for the big tin.

    That's for the standard one - the low fat version you get 2 tbsp for 1.5 syns.


    Milk, Evaporated, standard, 1 level tbsp 1
    Milk, Evaporated, reduced fat, 2 level tbsp 1½

    lovely thanks for all your help i would just use the small one mixed with milk allowance divided by 4 people wouldnt be that bad syn wise for a treat
