After starting Exante last week after trying numerous times I'm on day 9 at present and have lost 13 1/2 lb in my first week (well chuffed). I have done the diet before a couple of years ago and managed to lose a fair bit of weight in 8 weeks, but I am not keen on the bars. I know they do new ones which are very nice, but like to try and have a variety to help stop the boredom of the same thing. I used to buy Tesco ultra slim bars as well but these seem unobtainable in my area, so didn't know if anyone knew of another option for bars. Any information would be much appreciated.
    Many thanks:):)

Sorry I can't help but I just wanted to say, "omg how can you not like the bars, they're my favourite bit! I'd eat them 3x a day f I could" :)
  3. Wow, congratulations Gribsylady, Over 13lbs in 9 days! Whatever you are doing is working with or without the bars! I'm on day 8 and only lost 6lbs. Are you drinking the water? I can't seem get it down me, any advice out there?

I think the tesco ones where discontinued, some people use LL bars from superdrug, or just go without, i like the red berry, but had my best looses when all i had was a box of a&c porridge x

try drinking your water with your shake, say a 500ml before, or after each
and make your shakes a lil more watery

have a coke zero, or buy the water flavoring, but i dont like those too much
and although its hotter maybe drink large mugs of hot drinks, aim for at least 2.5l's you wont regret it

    Good luck DCMH :)
  6. Bless you Opeyx, will give it a determined effort but I like the idea of zero coke for a change!
    Have a lovely day xx
