Sorry girlies but I'm gonna have to drop out of team challenge because I just can't stick to this diet. It's day 1 again for me today and and have binged again. So sorry to let you all down. I don't know how to send a PM to the team leader as I don't have a computer just an iPhone. Could someone let her know for me. Sorry guys. I'm letting everyone down and I feel really bad. I feel so upset this diet hasn't worked out for me,
