Anyone know how much of the Exante drink flavor you can have in one day ?? I have e-mailed them but no reply, I love them with hot water it makes a nice change from black coffee :D I dont want to keep drinking them if they prevent me from getting into ketosis

    thanks x

well the reply to this is they do not knock you out of ketosis very easy as I had 4 drinks most nights and i tested myself every morning and I was still in ketosis and I lost 13lbs in my first week x

When I emailed they said it can knock you out of ketosis but depends on the individual and how tolerant they are to carbs
So in short they don't know

I would have thought the same, it depends on how sensitive you are to carbs.

When I looked on the Exante website it says 3g of carbs per 5g serving, although I do not know how much water you're meant to mix with the 5g serving.
Then again, I am assuming the carbs listed on the nutrional info already has the fibre deducted like usual in the UK? (for example in the US the fibre isn't already deducted on food labels).
