I have a question...
My last WI was on Tuesday, but thats not the end of the month.
Do you WI again on the last day of the month to give your total then, or not ?

I weigh in on the first day of each month in addition to my usual weekly weigh in
This month I've lost 11 lbs against my target of 8 lbs so chuffed to bits as had 4 days of plan on holiday
