Exante...losses on total and working solution?

Hello all!

I've just started on Exante total solution but to be honest after only a couple of days I'm finding it a bit difficult and was thinking that maybe the working solution would be more realistic and easier to stick to in the long run.

What I'd like to know is...what are the losses like on working solution? I have a holiday in approx 8 weeks and I'm aiming for about 2 stone off in that time (don't know how possible that is?!?) but I'll give it my best shot!

Any info much appreciated!

I lost 6 stone 18 months ago on Lighterlife / Exante in just over 4 months but have gradually put on 3 stone of it. None of my summer clothes now fit so I started on Exante last Monday with 3 stone to lose and have now after 8 days lost 15 pounds (1st 1lb), although I must admit I do lose it very quickly on VLD diets. It is really hard especially the first 5 days, but keep going and if you stick to it you could quite easily lost that two stone in eight weeks. I would find it hard to do the working solution as the thing that keeps me going is the speed it comes off, plus the disbelief from everyone as you shrink literally week by week.

Keep going, it is worth it.

This is my second week on Exante total solution and i lost 8lbs in my first week, second WI is on Friday and hopefully at least 4lbs off, maybe more Can't give you any info on working solution sorry as ive never tried it. Good Luck.
