Exante - My first day

Well yep its ok, I have had a vanilla shake for breakfast and a bar for lunch and 3 pints of water so far!

I am looking forward to a new more confident me!

I will be reading these posts on here daily.

Try and drink a bit more water, that should help get things moving a bit
