Hi everybody..im hoping that I will find support here as I have loads of fat to shift .. but Im positive I will now finally do it. I lost 4 stones on LL but unfortuantely have put 3 back on - mainly cos after the initial 100 days - i went on holiday and when i came back - just failed to get back on track due to stress and bereavement... anyway - i am an all or nothing type and only do well on vlcd - and exante is hopefully my ansa as it is also cheaper..

So hello to everyone and hopefully sum of you will share your inspiring exante stories..im really excited :):)cos I ve never been on a site like this and am sure just by reading how everybody encourages and motivate each other - that I will feel the same xx

Welcome! :D I am an exante newbie too - will be starting as soon as the products arrive (ordered them last night!). We are actually quite similar, I lost 5stone on The Cambridge Diet but failed to do maintenance and have put 3.5stone back on! We can do it though! :) I chose exante because a)its cheaper and b) it has slightly more calories so more energy for working!

Getting very excited - when do you start?

Hi Labyburd, I started same day as you on Exante and so far so good. I have never done anything like this before (diet wise), or used a site like this. So hope I can be of some support to you in your goals :)

We seem to have about the same amount to lose. Today I feel quite good after a few days of constant hunger. Getting used to the food and drinking a big glass of water when the hunger gets too much. Also rediscovered black coffee which I am enjoying.
