exante total solution and undercative thyroid?

hi all,

just a quick question, i've been looking into exante and would like to start it, i have an underactive thyroid and am currently on 100mcg levothyroxine a day....

is this diet suitable to follow if you have an underactive thyroid?

Hiya

I also have an underactive thyroid and find this diet to be the best for me. Had brilliant losses with it up to some weeks 8lbs which i would never have had on other diets. I'm on 225mcg levothyroxine a day so over double your dose. I'd say go for it because as you and anyone with this conditions knows it can be a nightmare to loose weight

lovely, thankyou for your reply, i emailed exante and they have said that simple solution is the one i should do....i dont want to do that one though so fab to hear from someone doing total solution in the same situation,

Hi im on levothyroxine 150mcg per day im losing on average 3lbs a week !!! ive done every diet, even lost 6 stone with a gastric band !!! But needed to shift my last couple of stone and im almost there thanx to exante , so go for it xx

its really depressing me how much i weigh now, everything im trying isnt going in my favour....i cant let myself get any fatter!!
am going to talk about it to my boyfriend tonight...and hopefully get started asap

Im on day 11 on TS & im on 75mg Levothyroxine. Losing weight is hard enough so been on exante is really the only way 4me tbh. It does work, wont lie its very hard work but once ur in the zone it all worth while & u will c results.
