What do u think wld get me the quickest & best results, a very low calorie diet like Cambridge or lots of exercise teamed with healthy eating? Got 2 wks till I go away!

I'd say your best bet is exercise and firm up what youve got now.
If youre talking about the long haul then exercise and healthy eating will give you the best results - quickness isnt the best option health wise or looks wise imo.
