I think they say.. If u have always went u can carry on? I think anyways, I'm itching to go which is strange as I never have but I'm nearly at the end of my journey and just want to start toning up now, I'm going on 810 next week and was wondering if I can go on that? If anyone knows that would b great x

you can go. just take it easy. also... don't trust the gym equipment regarding cals burnt. they're off.

Id say yes its ok! I do zumba and aerobics tuesday noghts and off to gym today as ive always done it!!

Good to know we can still do a little exercise, I gym and swim (paddle :D ) 3 times a week and although I'm still very unfit and don't really push myself I think i'd miss not going.
