Hi all hope everyone is well?
just had this weeks weigh in and lost 2.5lbs, wasnt expecting anything as feel very bloated today (TOTM) so was pleased with that, and ive gone over the 2 stone mark in 7 weeks yipee x

well not long back from this weeks "fat class" lost 3.5lbs, ive lost 2 stone 5 lbs now in 8 weeks, cant quite believe it guys

Well done Tracy. I had another 4.5lbs off tonight and am officially in the 10stones now. OMG i cant believe it. I was nearly crying when she told me. Im also into the 60's in KGS. Cant really believe i was almost 120kgs in March.

If I remember rightly, Flex decided to do either RTM, Lite or his own version of. Sorry, bit vague there! I know he said he was ready to move onto the next eating level, he was pleased with his losses and ready for the next step.

That sounds about right, Flex was pretty much at target give or take a few pounds - would be nice to hear how he's getting on with RTM though

Oh i bought my little black dress for xmas from river island. Size 12 fitted me so i bought a size 10 - and I am going to be able to wear it to my work xmas party
