Mine only go into 3 recipes which would probably sit in your same old boring stuff category 
Chili Con Carne Syn Free - Fried mince, onions and peppers with a syn free chili con carne powder on. Add to a slow cooker which containers 2 tins of chopped tomatoes, 2 x chilli's, a tin of mixed beans in spicy sauce and a tin of chickpeas. Medium or Low cook for 4-8 hours.
Spag Bol - fried mince in paprika sauce then slow cooked with 2 x chopped tomatoes, worcestershire sauce, onions, peppers, tbsp bovril, garlic, mustard and slow cook on low/med for 4-8 hrs.
Cottage Pie - Fried mince added to a slow cooker with a load of onion gravy, worcestershire sauce, peas, carrots and onions. Slow cook for 4-8 hours and serve up with mashed potato (using quark for syn free).
