Exercise and Lipotrim

Hi all

I know you are not supposed to go mad on this diet and spend hours down the gym but I would like to do a little bit of exercise. Thing is I find my muscles are getting tired very quickly. I used to be able to walk upstairs in work no problems but now I find that my legs are a bit wobbly when I get to the top.

I am guessing this is because of glycogen loss so my muscles have less fuel. Is this true?

Main question though is - will this pass in a few weeks so I can do a bit of exercise? I am thinking of brisk walks and lifting the odd weight.

It takes the body a week or two to adjust to the diet.

Why not join us on stepping out for 2008...

If you hae not done exercise in awhile you need to begin very gently and I mean gently.

You will feel your energy rise day by day...each day you will be able to do a little bit more and feel a sense of accomplishment.

I started back doing a bit last Monday and I can't believe the difference it has made already energy wise.

I have light weighs and I do them as well, introducing more gradually.

Pedometer is great fun if you don't already have one I would recommend you get yourself one.

This is what they look like.

You can use any pedometer from any shop.

If you are not sure of which one to get you can choose one of the following:

My husband has this black and blue one.:)
