exercise and lt. need advice

    hi, I am on day 2 of lt and will be getting weighted by chemist next monday. I have booked myself a gym session in the morning before I go, do you think this is ok . before starting lt I have been attending the gym 1-2 a week and go swimming with my daughter.Would hate to give it up as makes me feel brill.

    Personally i would take it easy for the first 2 weeks ...listen to your body and not over do it!
    You will feel light headed and dizzy and could also faint while your body is adjusting to lt and keotosis ....

    they say to take it easy for the 1st couple of weeks but personally i started doing my fitness dvd on day 3 i felt fine, i think as long as you dont overdo it and if you do feel rough stop then its ok x

    Hey - I hadnt been doing any exercise before LT and started on the first day of week2 - Personally i was fine - but i needed to drink loads of water and i didnt push myself - just did it at a pace i felt cool with. If you feel up to and your sensible i cant see any problem... xx

    thanks for the advice I,l will go but like you say take it easy and drink plenty of water!

    I started walking an hour every day whilst on LT and have never felt better - think you should do what you feel able to do.

    tell you whats great excersise without bein to strenuous.SWIMMING totally refreshing and relaxing also great for cellulite bums leg and arms,and its sumat you can do as a familly.
    i go twice a week with my bf and son great bonding we take turns watchin our son!
    `toning excercises are the best in my opinion not to energy straining
    power walks are good too,everyones different do what you feel you can and stop when you get to tired, the last thing you want is to run out of energy
