Exercise and SSing

Just a quick question while I am on the ss plan is it possible for my body to cope with doing an exercise video or not?

i think it would be nikki, but not during the first couple of weeks. and they say that if you exercised before starting cd then you shouldn't have any problems, but if you didn't then you need to take it easy
