Exercise & CD Losses

Hi peeps

Does any of you do exercise while doing the diet?
And do you find it affects your losses at all?

I'm gonna have an afternoon On the wii & the kinect.. ?

i wanted to know to please. i have done alittle more exercise this week so will see how i go.

I exercise and this week I've now started to put in a SS+ meal on the days I run. It's increased my weight loss. I might have just been due a bigger loss, but I've done the same this week so we'll see how it goes.
