Davina's are really good. I have a few of hers but the best one is her power of 3 one. This has 3 workouts on it (one cardio, one pilates type and one with weights). The best thing about this dvd is that the workouts are only half an hour long. I also have the windsor pilates dvd which is really good on this diet as its just toning. I (try!) to do the 20 min workout a few times a week but have been a bit rubbish lately. I am going to go back to aerobics and really working out when I start refeed next week. Another good one is the Elle mcpherson the body workout. It is soooo old but a great total body workout. I will definately be brushing the dust of this one next week! The wii is also a good laugh and burns a few cals!
