Exercise motivation!

    For those who have an iPhone/ipod touch listen up!

    I've recently been using an app called Nike +GPS. Which is an aid to running.

    It is interpreted with the iPod so you can choose power songs to play at a time where you need the boost. Whether running on the treadmill or outdoors it tracks the distance you run overall and from this you can complete achievements like "100 miles ran overall" or "completed 5k challenge".

    I found the Nike tag function was a good feature as it allows you to challenge friends in real time.

    I have been finding this great for motivation. Has anyone got any ideas for motivational boosts?
