Not evil at all
Hi guys
I was at the gym last night and I done about 40 mins in total, used the cross trainer, treadmill and the rowing machine.. my friend emailed me today to ask if I was sore from it all but I'm not??! I was knackered at the time, I was starting to hurt and my face was bright red, I was out of breath and my heart was beating very fast... why am I not sore today? Am I doing it wrong? Should you be in pain after exercise..?!??! worried I'm wasting my time not doing it properly.
