Ok so I'm going well on slimming world, 19 weeks in and I've lost 3st 1lb! And I'm half way to target! About 12 weeks ago I started c25k and I am now on week 7 (i run 3-4 times per week) I also started using 30 day shred about 3 weeks ago to aid toning (I do this 3-4 days per week). So my problem is this! I saw some photos taken of me on our family day out on fathers day and I am so unhappy with tops of my arms! Before I lost weight I had BIG arms but now I have proper WINGS! Ahhhhhh I'm only 32 I do not want to carry around bingo wings for rest of my days! So anyone with advice on what exercise I need to start to help this I would be VERY happy!
