Exercise: WII

    Ive just bought a Nintendo WII, rather excited!!

    I do walk to work each day, and walk with the mother on a sunday (weather permitting), i just thought for those days when the weather is rubbish the WII could come in very handy on the exercise front.

    Has anyone had good losses from using the WII, and can anyone advise which games are worth buying?

    Hi Alyce (love the tattoo btw!!)

    I have the Wii Fit Plus. I really enjoy it but have to admit I prefer higher intentisty stuff so tend to stick with my dvd's & only use my Wii when I was something easy. There is a lot on there to choose from including muscle toning & yoga moves.

    I have both Just Dance games and the zumba one which are really fun! Not sure the Just Dance is hard core exercise but its fun if you like dancing! ;)

    I've got the wii fit plus and the zumba one, both of which tend to puff me out a bit after a good session!

    I think the Wii is fab! I have Mel b, biggest loser, Zumba, just dance etc and find em all great fun and do find using em contributes to better losses x

    I have the Wii Fit Plus which I never use now as I do enjoy more high inensity exercise. I do however have the Zumba and I love it! Eddiesmum2002 - What is the Mel B like on the Wii? :)

    Last time I did SW I got good losses from doing the Wii Fit Plus circuits, was managing 3lb a week. The good thing on it is you can do 10 min step and jogs and put music channels on and the game will run in the background. Does Biggest Loser have Jillian Michaels on the game? Scary lady.
