    How much exercise should I be doing at the mo i'm always up and down the stairs to the loo, then i do 20 mins on my exercise bike then i walk round tescos to do shopping is that enough for now or shouls i increase it to more ??

    I think however much you can manage is the answer. We are all different and obviously have different amounts of time to devote to exercise. I don't have much time but am always on the go and walk everywhere and some days that just has to do. Other days I manage some Wii Fit or Biggest Loser. it definitely makes a difference to the rate the weight comes off, but you seem to be doing a good bit at the moment.

    Lo fat/Lo cal/Xenical
    Do what your comfortable with and overtime this will increase as weight comes off and you get fitter.

    I will try to get out for a walk twice a week if the weathers nice

    low fat/low cal/taking xenical
    I go for a 35 min walk at least 5 days a week. Which is really the minimum recommended by the government. It's not like I power walk either. :p
