I think however much you can manage is the answer. We are all different and obviously have different amounts of time to devote to exercise. I don't have much time but am always on the go and walk everywhere and some days that just has to do. Other days I manage some Wii Fit or Biggest Loser. it definitely makes a difference to the rate the weight comes off, but you seem to be doing a good bit at the moment.

I go for a 35 min walk at least 5 days a week. Which is really the minimum recommended by the government. It's not like I power walk either. :p
