hey,if you have the energy now then go to the gm no prob :) i do jogging now for about 30-40 mins 4 times a week,only started this last week mind lol! so go with watever you feel comfortable with ;)
ive walked the dog for the pas 2 days and have done 2/3 laps of the lake instead of just one,

kids love it, dogs knackered when we get home and me.......

I ACTUALLY HAVE THIGH MUSCLES.....oooooooooowwwwwwwwww lol

wouldnt have been able to exercise in the firest week or two though, struggled to keep my eyes open in the day and not able to shut them through the night!!!
