Exercise

Just so everyone knows, I'm exercising tonight! Now I've shared this I cannot back out or I will look like a real plonker!

Only lost 3 lbs last week I'm aiming for that again this week as a minimum!

Dr pepper zero intake has also been reduced as I think I may be drinking too much :(

Oh and I have a sore throat which is thrashing!!

That's my random thoughts for today - I'm on my lunch break at the mo and I'm bored!

Haha I love your 'cant back out' idea, I might have to steal that for when I'm feeling demotivated later down the line! Keep it up x

Brilliant idea!! I'm the same, I can justify anything to myself but once I've told someone else I have to go do it!!!

I'd admire your determination. Shouldn't be an excuse but after looking after my two wee ones all day I end up just sitting online all night cause I'm knackered. I've a WII Fit & Xbox Kinect but haven't got into a routine of using them. Maybe I should take your approach & commit myself to it :)

Well I've just got home from work after a pretty shocking day! Now I'm conflicted because my soaps will be on and I was going to do my weight watchers DVD.
Ooh I can watch tv on my cross trainer in the bedroom! Problem solved!
