Iv probably not done any exercise since I left school so I thought id try to get back into it again. Joined a kung fu class and found out how unfit I really am :( my legs are aching like mad! Dusted down the old cross trainer too so hopefully the aches will get better soon! Are there any exercises that are good for toning the tummy (excluding situps - not a fan :/)
