    Iv probably not done any exercise since I left school so I thought id try to get back into it again. Joined a kung fu class and found out how unfit I really am :( my legs are aching like mad! Dusted down the old cross trainer too so hopefully the aches will get better soon! Are there any exercises that are good for toning the tummy (excluding situps - not a fan :/)

    The plank position is good for the core muscles - no situps required.

    la vie en rose - Healthy Is..

    I posted this a while ago on my 'fitblr'. I can't do normal sit ups & other, similar, floor exercises because of a bladder issue (& it wreaks havoc with my IBS. These look simple enough :)
