Exercise

Hi all, does anybody else on here exercise? I go to the gym Monday to Friday each morning and burn 300 cals on the cross-trainer then i do weights and situps. I also do an exercise DVD 2 or 3 times a week. I'm not losing any weight though so assume i'm just toning up? Anybody else in the same boat?
 
I would like to exercise but worry of lookin like a beefy female body builder lol

If your not losing are you makibg sure u measure urself? Some people dont lose weight much on diets but lose inches off their waist because its "active fat" and moves about.

Have you noticed a difference in your body? X
