You can't target fat loss like you can with muscle gain. You need to just do any type of cardio exercise and you will burn fat, but there's no way to target fat in a specific place. So basically anything that gets your heart rate up... I like running, but it takes a while to get to the point where you like it! :) Things like step classes or zumba can be fun!

That being said, improving the muscles in the area you want to work on will make you look more toned, so for stomach, just do any abs work. Leg raises are great for lower abs, crunches and planks for upper, or any type of core exercises like pilates. For thighs, doing lunges and squats with weights is good.
