Hi all do any of you find that doing exercise, slows down your losses, I done 4 days at the gym last week, and an hour of zumba, and have put on 3/4 of a pound. I went back to basics and wrote everything down, what I ate, only thing I done different(apart from the exercise) was doing a few red days instead of EE.
 
it will be because you have not been drinking enough water. When you exercise your muscles rip and retain water to repair themselves. It is very common to see a small gain when you first start exercising for this reason. Make sure you are drinking loads of water and eating enough to support your increased activity and this will resolve itself
 
I joined the gym, powerwalk and am also doing the c25k programme. My weight loss has slowed down but the inches are falling off. 18.5 inches down now :)
