Exercise :)

Hey guys.. Just wonder which days you exercise and if you do on down days hard of a workout do you do?
Im having my start weigh in and first down day tomorrow. Just conaidering if i should do a base test ie not do my fitness and see how much i could lose just on the diet alone. Probably sounds kind of weird but i am kind of curious though i dont think it would feel right if i didnt work out lol.
 
I exercise every day but I do it according to how I feel and try and vary it a lot. So this week I have been running, swimming, walking and done a couple of DVDs. It's half term so I have more time, next week I'll do a lot less!

On dd days it's usually just walking, but yesterday I had loads of energy so did jillian michaels ripped in 30.

Research suggests that exercise does little to help weightloss coz you eat more (on that day or days following) to compensate, but it has other health benefits, so do it but don't beat yourself up over it, of you see what I mean.
