Sorry for the moan!

I have been sticking to plan 100% for a couple of weeks and excerising everyday walking between 2 and 7 miles at quite a fast pace and Im staying the same every week!

Does anyone else find that exercising hinders weight loss on here as strange as it sounds?

Thanks for any help at all I just need to know I am not mental lol
 
You're not mental. I assure you. When I kick the exercise up a notch I get horrible STS's all the time. It's because while you are losing body fat, you're also gaining lean muscle, and probably retaining some water if your muscles are sore. Don't worry, you'll lose inches at first and when you've enough lean muscle built up, it'll kick in and burn more fat.

Ahh thank you! I'll stick at it then and up my water. I should probably measure myself so I'm not so disappointed with the scales
 
I agree with the advice and want to add that you never see athletes fat. Exercise WILL help you lose weight even if the muscle gain frustrates you for a couple of weeks things will settle. A 10 stone flabby body looks fatter than a toned 10st 7lbs !!
